Garlic ginger chicken baked
- 5 piece chicken legs
- 4 garlic
- 1 ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 pinch five-chinese powder (ngohiong)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 tbsp honey
- Marinade chicken leg with "first marinade" for about 30 minutes..
- Mix all the ingredient in "second marinade", set aside
- After 30 minutes, pour "second marinade" in chicken leg.
- Marinade for about 30 minutes or 2 hours in fridge for better
- After marinade,baked those chicken in oven 180' degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
