Blueberry Hill Muffins Recipe

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add in Large eggs and beat till smooth.
  3. Fold in lowfat sour cream and vanilla.
  4. Combine dry ingredients and stir into creamed mix.
  5. Mix in berries.
  6. Spoon into muffin tins which have been lined with crinkle c., filling 1/2 full.
  7. Bake 25 to 30 min at 375 degrees.
  8. When cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
  9. Makes 2 dozen.
