Cardamom Cider Syrup
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 14 teaspoon cardamom (ground)
- 1 cup apple cider
- combine cornstarch and cardamom in saucepan, whisk in apple cider slowly.
- bring to a boil over medium heat, continue whisking until mixture thickens (3 minutes).
- remove from heat, serve over pancakes.
