Peachy Pork Recipe

  1. Salt and pepper roast.
  2. Place in shallow pan rib bones up.
  3. Roast in preheated 325 degree oven 35 min per lb.
  4. or possibly thermometer reading of 185 degrees.
  5. While pork is roasting, blend water and mustard to make a smooth mix.
  6. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat about 5 min.
  7. Baste pork with sauce several times during the last 30 min of roasting time.
  8. Remaining sauce should be served with roast.
  9. NOTE: Orange marmalade or possibly pineapple or possibly apricot preserves may be substituted for the peach.
