Flora's fave fried taters

  1. In a skillet get your bacon grease hot.
  2. While your grease is warming over a med high heat, peel and slice your taters thinly.
  3. Add to the hot skillet.
  4. Put in your seasonings.
  5. *if your not into heat then maybe only do a tablespoon of the creole seasoning and just add a tad more seasoned salt.
  6. put a lid on and allow taters to get tender, turning occasionally * if they get dry just add a lil water.
  7. when they get tender take the lid off and allow them to brown.
  8. Enjoy!
