Chicken Karage

• 400 grams Chicken thigh pieces
• 1 as needed Inch ginger
• 2 clove Garlic
• 1 tbsp Soy sauce
• 4 tsp Sugar
• 1 1/2 tbsp Rice vinegar
• 1 as needed Panko crumbs

1. Cube chicken and marinade.
2. Coat in bread crumbs and fry
