Cottage Cheese Dip
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 16 ounces, weight Cottage Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1/4 cups Milk
- Beat all ingredients together with an electric mixer in a medium sized bowl.
- Chill at least an hour, preferably overnight if you can wait that long to dive into it.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- I like to eat this with BBQ potato chips, but regular potato chips are fantastic as well.
- The combo of the sweet BBQ chips and the savory dip are a match made in heaven, though.
