Bacon, Cheddar And Chive Muffins Recipe

  2. Place all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

  4. Add in egg.
  5. lowfat milk, oil and mix till almost combined.

  7. Stir in bacon, cheese and chives till all ingredients are just wet.
  8. (Batter will be thick)
  9. 4.
  10. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray and fill 3/4 full.
  11. 5.
  12. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
  13. NOTES : These are more like biscuits than muffins in texture.
  14. Good with scrambled Large eggs for breakfast or possibly with soup for a heartly lunch.
  15. You could also use them at supper next to grilled meats, with chili or possibly stew instead of rolls.
