Pork Chop Casserole
- 1 bag Frozen Tater Tots
- 6 whole Boneless Pork Chops (I Prefer Thin Sliced For This)
- 1 can 14-1/2 Oz. Cut Green Beans (french Cut If You Prefer) Well Drained
- 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 2 cups Sour Cream
- Lightly spray a 13 x 9 baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Lay the tater tots single layer and up sides if necessary (I have a 15 x 10 baking dish I use, then they all lay flat on the bottom) and season with a bit of salt and pepper.
- Season the chops as you like and brown on both sides and then set aside.
- Layer the drained green beans on top of the tater tots.
- Then place the pork chops on top of the beans.
- In a saucepan, mix the soup and sour cream and heat till nice and smooth.
- Pour over the top of the casserole.
- I bake this covered for about 30 minutes at 350, then remove cover and bake for about 15 minutes more.
- The nice thing about this dish is you can actually make as many pork chops as you want that will fit into the pan in a single layer.
- When my son had sleep overs I would make this and would have done 12 chops.
- Also, feel free to season this as you like.
- I have used cayenne, garlic pepper, pepper flakes, onion powder..... many different spices.
- You can even double the sauce if you like lots of sauce.
- Have fun with this dish.
- You can even sprinkle some french fried onions on top.
