Quintessential Crispness! Parboiled Bean Sprouts and Sesame

  1. Combine all of the ingredients and mix in the roasted sesame seeds while crushing them with your fingers, releasing the aroma.
  2. Parboil the bean sprouts, strain and add Step 1 and mix evenly.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator and then serve.
