Chipotle Pepper Dip

• 1 teaspoon chipotle hot sauce
• 2 (8 ounce) containers plain low-fat yogurt
• 12 cup thick & chunky salsa
• 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
• 14 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; mix until blended and refrigerate.
2. Add extra shredded cheese if desired.
3. Serve with assorted cut vegetables or taco chips.
