Baked Pork Chops Recipe

  2. Trim fat from chops.

  4. Beat egg white with evaporated skim lowfat milk.
  5. Place chops in lowfat milk mix and let stand 5 min, turning chops once.

  7. Meanwhile, mix together cornflake crumbs, bread crumbs, spices and salt.

  9. Spray 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray coating.

  11. Remove chops from lowfat milk mix.
  12. Coat thoroughly with crumb mix.
  13. 6.
  14. Place chops in pan and bake in 375 F oven for 20 min.
  15. Turn chops and bake 15 min longer or possibly till no pink remains.
  16. Note: If you like, substitute skinless, boneless chicken, turkey parts or possibly fish for pork chops and bake for 20 min.
  17. NOTES : These spicy and moist pork chops are made with egg whites, evaporated skim lowfat milk and a lively herb mix.
