Two Cheese Biscuits
- 12 cup whole wheat flour
- 12 cup all-purpose flour
- 13 cup milk
- 14 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 12 tablespoons butter
- 1 ounce cream cheese
- 14 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 2 ounces asiago cheese, shredded
- Combine flours, milk, sugar, margarine, cream cheese, cream of tartar, baking powder, and salt.
- Knead in the bowl.
- Fold in asiago.
- Form into 10 biscuits and bake on a greased baking sheet at 450F for 10 minutes.
