Stuffed French Toast English Muffin (Ww Friendly!)

• 1 English muffin
• 1 tablespoon cream cheese
• 1 teaspoon blueberry preserves (I use Bonne Maman Wild Blueberry Preserves.)
• chopped pecans

1. Toast english muffin.
2. Spread cream cheese over both halves.
3. Spread preserves onto one half.
4. Sprinkle with pecans.
5. Place halves together and eat like a sandwich.
6. This is about 3-4 points depending on how many pecans you use.
