Nicoise Pasta Salad
- 9 cups rotini pasta
- 4-1/2 cups new potatoes, cooked, cubed
- canned water-packed solid tuna (light or white), drained, separated into chunks
- green beans, trimmed, cooked
- 3 each large tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 3 each medium red onions, thinly sliced
- 3 cups pitted black olives, halved
- 1-1/2 cups Kraft Classic Herb Dressing
- 3 each garlic cloves, minced
- 12 each hard-cooked eggs, each cut into 4 wedges
- Cook pasta until al dente; drain and rinse with cold water.
- Place in large bowl.
- Add potatoes, tuna, beans, tomatoes, onions and olives; mix lightly.
- Combine dressing and garlic.
- Add to pasta mixture; toss to coat.
- For each serving: Spoon 1-3/4 cups of the salad onto serving plate; top with 2 egg wedges.
