Best: Basic Cake Mix Recipe

• 8 c. Cake-and-pastry flour
• 6 c. Granulated sugar
• 1/4 c. Baking pwdr
• 2 tsp Salt

1. In large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking pwdr and salt till well combine.
2. Transfer to airtight container, store in cold dry place for up to 2 months.
3. Stir well before using.
4. Makes sufficient for 4 cakes.
