Foil-Package Fish with Horseradish Sauce

• 1/4 cup PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
• 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S Sour Cream
• 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
• 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 4 whitefish fillets (1 lb.), each cut crosswise in half
• 4 cups baby spinach leaves
• 1 small zucchini, cut into thin matchlike sticks
• 1/2 cup thinly sliced red peppers

1. Heat oven to 375F.
2. Mix first 4 ingredients until well blended.
3. Place 1 fish piece onto center of each of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil; top each with 1 cup spinach and second fish piece.
4. Top with zucchini, peppers and cream cheese mixture; fold to make packets.
5. Place in single layer in 15x10x1-inch pan.
6. Bake 15 min.
7. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
8. Remove from oven.
9. Let stand 5 min.
