Versatile Yogurt Cream in a Microwave
- 180 grams Yogurt
- 80 grams Sugar
- 1 Egg yolk
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Cake flour
- 2 tbsp Corn starch
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Sift the cake flour and corn starch into a heatproof bowl.
- Pour in 1/3 of the milk and mix.
- Add the egg yolk and mix well.
- Stir in the rest of the milk and the sugar.
- Cover with a plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes.
- Take the bowl out of the microwave.
- Mix well with a whisk, then fold in the yogurt.
- Microwave for another 2 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and whisk some more to finish.
