Versatile Yogurt Cream in a Microwave

  1. Sift the cake flour and corn starch into a heatproof bowl.
  2. Pour in 1/3 of the milk and mix.
  3. Add the egg yolk and mix well.
  4. Stir in the rest of the milk and the sugar.
  5. Cover with a plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes.
  6. Take the bowl out of the microwave.
  7. Mix well with a whisk, then fold in the yogurt.
  8. Microwave for another 2 minutes.
  9. Add lemon juice and whisk some more to finish.
