- 4 to 6 ounces mixed baby greens (mesclun), or more as desired
- 2 firm pears (preferably Bosc), cored and diced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 4 ounces crumbled goat cheese
- Natural low-fat balsamic vinaigrette or raspberry vinaigrette dressing to taste
