Healthy Vegetable Infused Chicken

  1. Beat chicken breast with a meat masher till flat.
  2. Place chicken on a couple pieces of thread evenly spaced.
  3. Cut bell pepper, onion, and carrot into thin slices.
  4. Sprinkle evenly chicken with salt and pepper and then with some of both cheeses.
  5. Preheat oven to 350F.
  6. Place bell pepper, onion, and carrot slices in the middle to your preference.
  7. Roll both sides of the chicken to make a loaf-looking chicken breast.
  8. Then tie the strings around it to hold it in place while cooking.
  9. Place chicken in a casserole dish.
  10. Then dump spaghetti sauce right on top of breasts.
  11. Cook for 30 minutes.
