Fabulous Fajitas

• 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
• 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
• 1 Tbsp. oil
• 1 boneless beef sirloin steak (1 lb.), cut into strips Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
• 1 large onion, cut into thin wedges King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
• 8 flour tortillas (6 inch)
• 1/2 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa

1. Mix sour cream, cilantro, salt and lime juice.
2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
3. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
4. Add steak, onion and green pepper; cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes or until steak is cooked through.
5. Spoon steak mixture evenly onto tortillas.
6. Top with sour cream mixture and salsa; roll up.
