Pasta With Broccoli and Chicken
- 450 g pasta (any shape)
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 250 g frozen broccoli
- 2 cups fresh broccoli
- 1.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and salt heavily.
- Cook pasta, drain and add butter to the pasta.

- Cook the chicken.
- In a separate pan use a small amount of oil to brown the chicken.
- Usually 4 minutes per side or until browned.
- Add the cooked chicken to the pasta.

- In a small pot boil the broccoli until fork tender.
- I use frozen broccoli and it is ready in 4 minutes.

- Combine pasta, chicken and broccoli.
- Drizzle with olive oil salt and pepper to taste.

- Serve and enjoy!
