Garlic, Fig, and Cinnamon BBQ Sauce Recipe examinercom

  1. Saute all of butter, olive oil, galic and onions in a sauce pan on Med-High heat until brown.
  2. Add a little Salt and Pepper.
  3. Mix all of the remaining ingredients together .
  4. Add a little water if you want your sauce thinner.
  5. Once the onions and garlic are nice and brown, pour the sauce into the sauce pan and simmer on low for one half hour.
  6. Serve it over beef, chicken, ribs, and sausage.
