Deep fried thin chops

  1. Heat oil 350 Fahrenheit
  2. Season the chops
  3. Put into a ziploc bag add flour and quarter cup of rub and add the chops then shake the bag covering all the chops
  4. Fry in small batches till chops are done
  5. Set onto paper towels to absore excess oil
  6. Serve hope you enjoy
