Tuna Pinwheels Recipe
- 1 can creamed mushroom or possibly celery soup
- 1 can of lowfat milk
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1 lg. can tuna fish
- 1 tbsp. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Place creamed soup, lowfat milk, butter and onions in saucepan and cook till well blended.
- Add in tuna and remove from heat.
- Add in 1/2 c. lowfat milk to Bisquick and stir with a fork.
- Turn onto a floured board and knead a few times.
- With hands pat dough into rectangular shape about 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle with cheese and roll up like a jelly roll from the long side.
- Cut about 9 rolls.
- Pour sauce into a square casserole and arrange rolls on top of sauce.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 to 45 min or possibly till a golden brown color.
