Tuna Pinwheels Recipe

  1. Place creamed soup, lowfat milk, butter and onions in saucepan and cook till well blended.
  2. Add in tuna and remove from heat.
  3. Add in 1/2 c. lowfat milk to Bisquick and stir with a fork.
  4. Turn onto a floured board and knead a few times.
  5. With hands pat dough into rectangular shape about 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and roll up like a jelly roll from the long side.
  7. Cut about 9 rolls.
  8. Pour sauce into a square casserole and arrange rolls on top of sauce.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 to 45 min or possibly till a golden brown color.
