Peppermint-Chocolate Frosting

  1. Microwave chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min.
  2. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring every 30 sec.
  3. Stir until completely melted.
  4. Cool 5 min.
  5. Add sugar, butter and vanilla.
  6. Gradually add milk, beating after each addition with mixer on low speed until blended.
