Rise & Shine Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Beat egg, milk and margarine in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
  3. Stir in cereal; let stand 3 min or until cereal is softened.
  4. Meanwhile, toss cranberries with flour, sugar and baking powder.
  5. Add cereal mixture; stir just until moistened.
  6. (Batter will be lumpy.)
  7. Spoon evenly into 12 greased muffin cups, filling each cup two-thirds full.
  8. Bake 20 min.
  9. or until wooden toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean.
  10. Cool in pan 5 min.
  11. Remove to wire rack; cool completely.
