Sneaky Zucheesy Meatballs

  1. Place ground beef in a large bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to beef and mix thoroughly with your hands until all ingredients are combined well.
  3. Form medium-large sized balls by rolling meat between hands.
  4. Place meatballs in 9x13 baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, use tongs to flip meatballs over and return to oven and continue baking until cooked entirely through*.
  6. Internal temperature of meatballs should be 165 degrees.
  7. *Cooking times will vary according to size of meatballs.
  8. The nice thing about these meatballs is that the zucchini helps keep them moist even if you accidentally overcook them.
