hashbrown cassrole
- 1 1/2 lb hashbrowns thawed
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup onion- chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 2 cup grated cheese
- 2 cup crushed cornflakes
- 1/4 cup melted margarine
- preheat oven to 350
- spread hashbrowns in 9x13 greased pan.
- mix soup, 1/2 c. margarine, onions, sour cream, pour over potatoes.
- crush cornflakes and grated cheese, and spreed over potatoes.
- pour 1/4 c. margarine over all.
- bake for 45 min in 350 oven
