Pretzel Burger Bowl
- 16 each pretzel sandwich buns (unsplit)
- 1 cup Dijon mustard
- Dressing
- 1 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1-1/2 cups Heinz Tomato Ketchup
- Salad
- 16 each ground beef patties (4 oz. each)
- 16 slices Kraft Extra Cheddar Cheese Slices
- 1 gal. romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 cups tomatoes, small dice King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup red onions, small dice
- 1 cup dill pickles, small dice
- 1 cup bacon bits, heated until crisp
- 1/3 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- 16 each eggs, fried sunny side-up
- Cut thin slice off top of each bun; hollow out inside, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shell.
- Reserve tops for later use.
- Discard removed bread or reserve for another use.
- Spread 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) mustard onto inside of each bun.
- Dressing: Mix ingredients until blended.
- For each serving: Grill 1 beef patty to medium (160 degrees F), or desired doneness.
- Top with 1 cheese slice; grill until melted.
- Cut into 1/2-inch pieces.
- Toss 1 cup (250 mL) lettuce with 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) tomatoes; 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) each onions, pickles and bacon; 1 cut-up cheeseburger; and 2-1/2 Tbsp.
- (37 mL) Dressing.
- Spoon into bun; drizzle with 1 tsp.
- (5 mL) barbecue sauce.
- Top with 1 fried egg.
- Serve with top of bun on the side.
