Whole-Wheat Couscous Pilaf

  1. Combine broth or water, butter, hot sauce and salt in a small saucepan with a tight-fitting lid and bring to a boil.
  2. Stir in couscous and remove from heat.
  3. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
  4. Uncover and fluff the grains with a fork to separate.
  5. Stir in parsley.
  6. Season with pepper.
