Vanilla-Cherry Cheesecake

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Beat cream cheese, flavored beverage mix and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until well blended.
  3. Gradually add milk, beating until well blended.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating on low speed after each addition just until blended.
  5. Pour into crust.
  6. Bake 40 min.
  7. or until center is almost set.
  8. Cool.
  9. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
  10. Top with pie filling just before serving.
  11. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
