Vanilla-Cherry Cheesecake
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup GENERAL FOODS INTERNATIONAL Vanilla Creme
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Beat cream cheese, flavored beverage mix and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until well blended.
- Gradually add milk, beating until well blended.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating on low speed after each addition just until blended.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake 40 min.
- or until center is almost set.
- Cool.
- Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
- Top with pie filling just before serving.
- Store leftovers in refrigerator.
