Peach Waffles Recipe

• 1/3 c. butter
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 2 Large eggs
• 2 c. flour
• 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 c. lowfat milk
• 1 1/2 c. sliced peaches
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1. Cream butter and sugar.
2. Add in Large eggs, one at a time.
3. Combine flour, baking pwdr and salt.
4. Add in dry ingredients alternately with lowfat milk to creamed mix.
5. Add in lemon juice and vanilla.
6. Add in peaches and mix with electric mixer to break up peach sliced.
7. When batter is completely mixed, bake in a waffle iron till done.
8. Additional peaches with fresh whipped cream can be used for a topping, if you like.
