Strawberry Vinaigrette

  1. Wash, hull and cut in half strawberries.
  2. Place strawberries in a blender, cover and process until blended.
  3. While processing, gradually add vinegar and oil in a steady stream; process until thickened
  4. Add sugar and process until blended
  5. Stir in poppyseed
  6. Transfer to a large bowl or jar
  7. Cover and store in the refrigerator.
  8. Will last approximately 1 week in the refrigerator
