Turkey Waldorf Salad
- 8 oz. chopped, cooked turkey breast
- 2 cups red grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Walnut Pieces
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 40
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
- MIX turkey, grapes, walnuts and mayo.
- PLACE 1 lettuce leaf on each serving plate; fill each evenly with turkey mixture.
- ARRANGE 10 crackers around each plate just before serving.
- SERVE each person a 8 fl oz (1 cup) glass of milk with their meal.
