Cottage Cheese Mold

  1. Into a large suacepan pour the milk.
  2. Sprinkle gelatin over milk.
  3. place over low heat and stir until dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Thoroughly beat in cottage cheese.
  6. Add limeade and pecans.
  7. Fold in whipped cream.
  8. Turn into 6 1/2-cup ring mold and chill 4-6 hours or longer.
  9. Unmold on lettuce-lined serving plate.
  10. Fill center with grapes.
  11. garnish with lime slices.
  12. Good served with slices of ham or roast beef and crusty rolls.
