Guasacaca
- 4 Whole large avocados
- 1 Whole onion
- 1 Whole bell pepper, you can mix yellow, red and green
- 2 stick Green onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Whole tomatoes
- 1 Handful of cilantro, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Oliver oil, extra virgin
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- Cut 1/2 of one the avocados in small squares and mix it in a bowl with the onion, bell peppers, green onion, tomatoes, parsley, vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Using an electrical blender or foot processor, puree the other avocados including half a cup of the previous mix and then add all the mix in the blender on to the remaining mix in the bowl
- Use the remaining 1/4 of the first avocado to cut in slices and decorate.
- You can include small squares of tomatoes for decoration and one or two leafs of parsley also.
