Marinated Mozzarella Cheese 2
- 2 cup olive oil
- 1 lb mozzarella cheese, cut into bite sized chunks
- 1/2 tsp thyme leaves
- 1 tsp oregano flakes
- 3 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes
- 1 1/2 tsp dried bell pepper flakes
- Combine all ingredients in a 1 quart glass jar.
- Cover and shake to blend.
- To marinate, allow to sit at room temperature for 5 days, shaking jar daily.
- Store at room temperature.
- *This recipe makes 1 pound of cheese chunks.
