Marinade For Steak Or Brisket Recipe

• 1/2 c. soy sauce
• 1/4 c. Pickapeppa sauce
• 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
• 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
• 3 tbsp. Burgundy or possibly other dry red wine
• 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
• 2 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
• 2 cloves garlic, chopped

1. Prick both sides of steak or possibly brisket and place in shallow pan.
2. Combine ingredients for marinade and pour over steak.
3. Cover and marinate 24 hrs.
