Cheeseless Fat-Free Vegetarian Pita Pizza
- 2 asparagus spears (sliced)
- 6 zucchini, slices
- red onion (sliced)
- 2 garlic, gloves (sliced)
- 3 tablespoons pizza sauce
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 12 teaspoon oregano
- 12 teaspoon basil
- 12 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- pepper
- Toss veggies with balsamic vinegar, oregano, basil, pepper flakes, lemon juice, and pepper.
- Grill veggies on a sprayed Panini grill.
- Add sauce on pita.
- Add grilled veggies on top of pita.
- Bake at 400F for 7 minutes.
