Cranberry-Apple Winter Salsa Sweet Potato Chips
- Winter Salsa
- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 cup apples, small diced
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeno peppers, small diced
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 4 tsp. cinnamon sugar
- 1/2 tsp. gingerroot, grated
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- Assembly
- 96 each Fried lattice-cut sweet potato chips
- 2 cups PHILADELPHIA Whipped Cream Cheese
- 96 pieces watercress, picked
- Winter Salsa: Saute cranberries in skillet 5 min.
- or until heated through; cool slightly.
- Chop cranberries; toss with remaining ingredients in bowl.
- Cool completely.
- Assembly: Top each chip with 1 tsp.
- each cream cheese and Winter Salsa.
- Garnish with 1 watercress piece.
