Slow CookRed beans with Andouille Sausages & Smoke Neck bones

  1. Wash beans well with cold water.In a cock pot add 7 to cups a water.
  2. Add dried beans, Smoke neck bones ,set your timer on high for 7to 8 hours.
  3. Slow cook for 2 hours add seasoning.
  4. Lawry's , to your tastebuds.
  5. Add garlic powder, onion powder, ground allspice, gumbo file, ground cloves, Liquid smoke,
  6. Let slow cook for 3 hours in a mean time saute chopped onions, chopped celery, garlic minced, 1 large bell pepper seeded chopped, Olive oil.
  7. Add sliced Andouille sliced sausages.
  8. to the saute mixer Till nice and translucent and gives that sweet aroma.
  9. Add to cooker slow cook till beans are tender and serve over steam rice.
