Pork Chops and Oranges

  1. Place pork chops in a baking pan (not on a rack).
  2. Generously douse each chop with cream of mushroom soup (use entire can).
  3. Layer on top, Chinese vegetables (less than entire can, may substitute bean sprouts).
  4. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
  5. Douse generously with soy sauce.
  6. Bake at 350F (180C) for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and add 2 tomato wedges to each chop; add 4 to 5 Mandarin oranges.
  8. Return to oven and bake an additional 15 minutes.
  9. Serves approximately 4 people.
