Kamut Salsa Lettuce Wraps With Cojita Cheese Crumbles

  1. cook Kamut according to package directions in the water, drain if necessary.
  2. brown ground beef, mix in salsa, spinach leaves, and mix with cooked Kamut.
  3. spoon into romaine leaves.
  4. top with crumbled cheese.
