Apricot-Walnut Pork Chops

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Mix walnuts, preserves, onion and apricots.
  3. Broil chops, 3 to 5 inches from heat, 10 minutes; turn.
  4. Broil an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until chops are almost cooked through.
  5. Spoon walnut mixture evenly over chops.
  6. Continue broiling 3 minutes or until walnuts are lightly toasted and chops are cooked through.
