Port-Glazed Turkey Breast

  1. Pour port into a saucepan.
  2. Reduce over medium heat down to 1/4 cup.
  3. Sprinkle turkey breast with salt and pepper.
  4. Sear both sides to golden brown over medium-high heat.
  5. Brush with glaze.
  6. Roast in preheated 350F oven for 30 minutes, brushing with additional glaze several times.
  7. Allow turkey to rest 5-10 minutes out of the oven.
  8. Slice on an angle and serve with additional glaze drizzled on top.
