Potato Gems

• 1/2 lb. (225 g) each new red and white potatoes (1 to 1-1/2-inch) Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
• 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
• 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Spread potatoes onto rimmed baking sheet; spray lightly with cooking spray.
3. Bake 20 to 25 min.
4. or until tender; place in large bowl.
5. Add dressing; toss to evenly coat.
6. Return to baking sheet.
7. Bake 5 to 8 min.
8. or until lightly browned.
9. Transfer to serving dish; sprinkle with chives.
