It's Cherry Pie Time!!
- 4 lbs pitted cherries (2-3 cups=1 lb)
- 2 12 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- water
- Add cherries to 3/4 cups of sugar and 1/3 cup water.
- Bring to boil and boil one minute.
- Add the rest of the sugar and corn starch, boil another minute.
- Put in sterilized jars.
- Process 10 minutes.
