Meatballs
- 2 pounds Lean Ground Beef -85% Lean
- 1 pound Pork Sausage
- 1/2 whole White Onion, Chop Fine Or Grate
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced Or Grate On Microplane
- 1/2 cups Bread Crumbs
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoons Fresh Cracked Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground Mustard
- 1/4 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- Mix everything well with your hands.
- Portion in 2-tablespoon (or 1/8 cup) scoops (Pampered Chef small scoop), roll into balls and place on foil-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes, until cooked through.
- Use in your favorite dish or cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- May be frozen as well.
- Makes about 50-55 meatballs.
