Meatballs

  1. Mix everything well with your hands.
  2. Portion in 2-tablespoon (or 1/8 cup) scoops (Pampered Chef small scoop), roll into balls and place on foil-lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes, until cooked through.
  4. Use in your favorite dish or cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  5. May be frozen as well.
  6. Makes about 50-55 meatballs.
