  1. heat oil in a skillet cook the pork loin
  2. boil the tomatillos and jalapenos in water
  3. in blender add jalapenos onion and tomatillo blend untill smooth
  4. Peel the stickers from the cactus
  5. cut the cactus in strips and add to the cooking pork loin pour in the salsa and let simmer 20 minutes
